FRUIT AND NUT SLICE

Ingredients:
3/4 cup oats
1/2 cup your choice of mixed nuts roughly chopped
1/4 cup dried fruit of your choice (I used sultanas)
1/4 cup buckwheat
1 tsp Maca powder
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp soaked chia seeds
3 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and line a baking dish with baking paper.
Take out a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients, then mix together well.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until golden and crunchy.
