SPICED GINGER BITES

Servings: 20 balls

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup almond meal 

1 cup pecans 

1/2 rolled oats

250g medjool dates - pits removed 

1 tsp ginger powder 

1 tbsp boiling water

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined, ensuring the pecans have ground down nicely.

  2. Roll into balls with your hands. Store in the fridge for 1 week, or the freezer for 3 months.
